As the lead for both digital strategy and on-site venue operations, the challenge was to create a seamless link between a year-round digital content engine and the physical execution of the world’s largest philosophy and music festival.
The goal was to drive record ticket sales while maintaining flawless operational delivery for high-profile speakers and global audiences.

Venue Management
Acting as Venue Manager for the festival’s flagship stage, The Arena, with a capacity of 500+ attendees, I oversaw a high-intensity schedule featuring a diverse mix of programming, from intellectual debates and keynote speeches by day to high-energy music performances and comedy sets by night.

Technical Synchronicity

With only minutes to spare between hourly turnovers, I steered the rapid reset of the stage environment, leading technical crews to reset audio-visual configurations while simultaneously overseeing rapid stage set rearrangements to suit everything from debates to live music performances.

Supplier Coordination
I bridged the gap between creative vision and physical delivery, orchestrating a network of external contractors to procure and install complex OOH signage across every stage of the production cycle.


On-Site Problem Solving
Stepping in to resolve last-minute logistical gaps, I secured on-site facilities for content creator teams, balancing talent requirements with the event schedule to prevent any impact on the live timeline.
